My first visit to the restaurant is still vivid in my mind. It was awesome! I was surprised at how tasty everything was. I had a memorable pizza with crust of dehydrated flax and other ingredients, topped with fresh dehydrated veggies & mushrooms. For dessert the chocolate mousse pie was so delicious. Their pesto with raw zucchini spagetti was my next encounter; their sauces (I sampled both red and green) were better than any I've tasted. I attended a rawfood potluck in our community and the whole family (from Rawthentic) was there providing support. It is evident to me that they are committed to raw foods as a way life for better health and a cleaner, sustainable environment.
