Pros: The food was very good and was fast.
Cons: It was like eation in a open hall kind of place.

The food was very good. The price was ok. The service needs work. With work on the Atmosphere and service this place could be a 9.5 out of 10. Not a nice romantic place at all. very bright. The center point of the place is a dirty fish tank with very little in it, next to a very dirty desk. I get more of a take out feeling then a Family Restaurant feeling.

Yet as I said the food was very good.

Pros: The server I had was the best ever.
Cons: Cleanliness IS SOMETHING THEY KNOW NOTHING ABOUT.

On sept 26 2008, at about 12:30 am. After having a meal with friends and talking about how the service was the best ever, I went to the bathroom with a buddy just in time to see the cook used the bathroom and go back to work without washing his hands. The bathroom was very very dirty. When I told the manager she said "sorry" and walked away.

The only thing I could think was maybe the cook didn't wash his hands because the bathroom was so dirty that he would be puting more germs on his hand then he would be taking off.

Thats sick. Very sick.

Customer service at the management level horrible. And hygiene is a BIG problem.

Pros: the food was good and lots of it.
Cons: The tables are too close. It was like siting with other people you don't know.

Over all the place lives up to what you would expect from a truck stop. Not a bad place to eat.

Pros: The server was good.
Cons: The food took about 45 mins and the frys looked like something you would clean out of a dirty fryer.

When we first entered the pub/ Restaurant the server did meet us with a smile. We placed our order I asked for a poutine. The owner was behind the bar and said, " I'll never serve that, Gravy is something your grand mother makes with flour and water. If you want that go to A&W or KFC". Then told me how unhealthy deep fried food is. After about 40-45 mins we got our order. The fries looked like something cleaned from a 20 year old deep fryer that had never been cleaned. I took the food up to the bar and showed Brady the owner and he said, " That don't look good I'll get you some fresh ones. I said no that was ok because with everything we had eaten we didn't need them he said "well its up to you, your the one paying for them."

Customer service from the OWNER was very very very poor. Maybe He should go to A&W or KFC and learn how to serve a customer.

Pros: i was met at the first window nice person that wished me a good day.
Cons: after they took my order is was 15 mins before i got my food. And then it was cold.

With the long time just sitting in line., getting a order that had onion when I said no onion on my bill it said no onion. and Cold Food. over all........... Worst Mcdonalds I have ever been at out of about 25.
