Type You are free to use any type of media that you wish. Sound and video are ok if started by user click. If you choose to use sound and video the rates will be higher unless you decide to host the media on your own servers. You will be able to modify and customize your ad at anytime. This includes your website ad space as well as your news letter ad. Hosting your ad on your own server will make customizations on the fly much easier for you.
