I had the pleasure of working here for 3 months. the kitchen is ran very odd. they ring everything in all at once. they do not space out bills at all and don't give the cooks time to cook the food properly. if 80 people walk in they take the orders all at once and literally stand at the bar and ring it all in one after the other, which is totally ridaculous because the bill machine keeps printing for an hour straight. This doesn't give the cook proper time to set his food up properly and makes the kitchen dysfunctional. To say something to them to space out there bills. The servers just reply totally rudely and have a fight between the cooks and the servers and just when the cooks just want the food to be spread out for an extra 1 minute. That 1 minute means everything. Just ask the customer to have a seat and order from there. they didn't understand this concept and so the general manager and myself decided i would move on. so i did.
