Horrible customer service. Slow waits. Overlly expensive prices compared to other fast food places
I wasn't happy with the service I recieved at this establishment. After waiting 15 minutes to order (there were only 2 people ahead of me) I was waited on by a very unhappy employee who you could tell didn't want to be there. They mixed up our orders, refused to refund us or even fix what they corrected. I immediately left the establishment and haven't returned. The seating is comfortable, it's in a good location and the food is usually good, but the service is poor and the prices are fairly expensive compared to the other establishments of it's kind on the same street.
