You could probably start a new disease here folks....the place should be totally torn down and build new....everything inside and out of this place is disgusting and full of low lifes.....not the place to go at all....

Food poisoning!!

Too many people have gotten food poisoning from here and the owners don't care.The place is majorly dirty and the chicken balls were not cooked properly last time as it was uncooked batter....the place should be closed

I don't know why they call it Elgin View...there is no view and the windows are too small....the place needs a major uhaul and its not worth wasting your time or money...been there and its gross

Parking can Sometimes be bad-parking on street

 Chicken Iguana Sandwich and Steak Nachos.....need I say no more....homemade chips with three sauces for chips.....simply the greatest.....I could eat the steak nachos as a meal.....YUMMM
