This review is based on my experience with Wedgewood Hall from almost a year ago. I would not typically write a review after more than a month has passed but in this case I will. After you read the review you will understand why.My experience with Wedgewood Hall was for my Wedding. As far as I know, Wedgewood Hall offers the most comprehensive wedding service in Moncton with respect to the reception. You of course have the option to pick and choose what parts you want them to do and what parts you are willing to do yourself.The Wedgewood Hall staff did an outstanding job preparing the Hall for our Wedding. We left most of the details in the capable hands of the staff. They set up the hall, organized the evenings events with us, ordered the wine, delivered a great wine service, prepared and served a fantastic meal, and cleaned up the following day. The only thing that we opted to do was to buy a slab cake and deliver it to the hall and we hired a DJ who coincidentally was very familiar with Wedgewood Hall.For the meal, we opted for the Chicken Kiev. This is a simplistic dish that has a nice impact. The Chicken Kiev was great. It was highly recommended by Grant Odishaw and I am now highly recommending it to you. The remainder of the meal was also prepared to perfection, from the appetiser through to the dessert.If you are looking for a catering service be sure to check out what Wedgewood Hall has to offer.
