Waves has a very good small town atmosphere. They have a variety of items on their menu including appetizers, salads, main course, low calorie items and desserts. The food does often change flavor depending on what time of the day you eat. Especially with the fish and chips, probably the oil they use for deep frying. I normally order the cracker crumb fish and fries and they have the best tarter sauce of any I have every found. I have also tried their steamed fish, ceasar salad, garden salad, seafood chowder, seadog and all are very good. But the hidden treasure at this restaurant are their pies. I am very partial to the coconut cream pie, made just like grandma did. Also their Lemon Merange Pie is very good. Overall this restaurant is very good.
