Pros:
the coffee...
Cons:
Service, dripping cups...feeling obligated to tip for bad service.

I personnally think someone with customer service skills needs to start to focus on this locating as it is lacking that. I also do belive that being handed a coffee that is dripping coffee everyday id unexceptable. Tim Hortens doesn't pay for the jean's I've wrecked due to this or to have my car cleaned. Its very frusturating when it would only take a min. of their time to not have this happening every single day.... I love My Tim's coffee however i refuse to visit this location anymore because of the poor service...Hey irving coffee isn't so bad and they actually serve you with a smile.
