Pros:
Free refills on pop, a range of items on the menu, etc.
Cons:
Under educated employees that don't know what they are doing.

I had ordered a take out (2 double orders of hot wings) for supper on Sunday (Oct. 19, 2008) they said it'd be 15-20 minutes. So I came back, the entrance was overloaded with people waiting to either pick up food or to pay for their meals. the employee's at the till said I could not have my food until everyone else that was there had left. So I had to wait ANOTHER 40 minutes to find that the wings are good, but the celery was cooked from being under the heat lamps so long and they never gave any dressing(ranch) for the wings like they were suppose to!
