Pros: Good access and location
Cons: Service

Initially went for breakfast. Seated very quickly but over 20 minute wait for server. Food was greasy and temperature was warm at best. Waitress did not return to check on us nor to bring us a bill. We had to request a bill several times and finally left what we thought was the correct amount.

Returned for a lunch several days later. Service was a little better but food was still very average and not served at correct temperature.

Pros: Many varieties of pastries and teas
Cons: Parking is on street only

Great place to go for a light lunch or for a full afternoon high tea, although reservations are almost a must as they are constantly filled. Food is excellent with some superb home made soups and all pastries are made on site using family recipes. Very comfortable surroundings and great friendly staff. Highly recommend for the variety of teas and the decor as well as the excellent choices in a light lunch. Prices are reasonable. No paper napkins here or standard restaurant mugs - the real deal in fine china teacups and linen napkins and tablecloths!
