Pros: Nothing
Cons: Cold Food

I was there for a company Christmas Party. Our food was slow, cold and terrible. Half the people weren't served their meals, yet others were being served dessert.

This Company should have demanded their money back, it was truly that bad. Total washout..... we've never had our Parties there since.

Worst steaks I've ever eaten. Gave them more chances, and still terrible. Tasteless

Pros: Nice new building.
Cons: The food! Or should I say lack of it.

In August of '08 we had a group of 10 people go into Montana's for an Anniversary Supper. 8 out of our 10 were asked to re-order their meals, as they had ran out of food. Note; these people had not all ordered the same thing, various dishes. Probably the most agreviating part was that timed had passed between each time the kitchen informed our waitress that they couldn't fill a particular dish. Therefore ensuring the fact the we weren't able to all eat at the same time. Seemed like we all sat and watched each other eat at different times. The worst part was that once out food did arrive it was cold. Grrr! Through it all, our waitress was excellent. No complaints what so ever about her service she provided us with. It was also very cold & wet that particular day. When we asked the Staff about turning down their air conditioning, we were told that it was controlled by Ontario and therefore, they were not able to make the Restaurant sitting area a reasonable temperture. Looking around the Restaurant, most customers were wearing sweaters or coats. Now that totally makes sense to have Ontario control the climate of a Restaurant in New Brunswick. NOT!! Our climates are nothing like theirs. Stupidest thing we had all heard. After experiencing probably one of the worst meals we had all had, the couple whose Anniversary Supper we all attended called the Manager to make him aware of our experience. He apologized and explained that they never should of run out of food, and asked us to come back 1 more time, on him, so he could show us what it is that we are suppose to experience. She agreed to give them another opportunity to prove themselves to us all.

In October '08, the same 10 of us returned to Montana's to give it one last try. And one last try it was..... this time our service we received was terrible. Our waitress had attitude from the get go. Food again was cold, and very slow coming to our table. The couple of friends who had ordered the same as their first visit, the "All You Can Eat Ribs" never got a second helping. The waitress was so slow at returning that by the time she finally came around, everyone was ready to leave.

Would I ever eat at Montana's again, NO!!! Would I recommend this restaurant to anyone, NEVER!!

Too bad... we gave you a second chance and you failed miserably. NOTE: For one of our friends that was with us, it was her 3rd time eating there. She reluctantly didn't want to eat there, we see now why. But because it was for a special occasion she decided to give them another try. She said she'll never make that mistake again.
